Hey, not sure where else to post this. It’s probably nothing, but I figured this was the place.
About 4 weeks ago, I started getting these “Get Well Soon” balloons on my apartment door. Always the same kind—foil, rainbow letters, little smiley face card attached. At first I thought someone had the wrong address, or maybe a neighbor playing a joke.
I threw the first one away. Didn’t think twice.
Then the next Saturday—same balloon, same card.
Then the next week.
And the next.
Always Saturday. Always around 3AM (I work nights and usually get in late). It’s just... there. Tied neatly to the handle. No sound. No knock. No one in the hallway.

Dude probably just someone who’s crushing on you. Creepy, sure, but not paranormal lol

Yeah, I thought that too. Except I don’t know anyone here. I don’t really… see people. I’ve only lived in Dry Creek a year. No friends or family in town. No one’s come to visit.
Also—I’m not sick. Not even a cold.
Last week I stayed up to watch for whoever was doing it. Nothing. I sat by the peephole for three hours.
I blinked. Looked again.
Balloon was just there.
Didn’t hear anything.
I swear to god I didn’t fall asleep.

Could be a kid with access to the building trying to scare people. I’d put a cam out. Or maybe your door is the exact same as someone else’s?

Checked with the neighbors. No one else has gotten anything like this. Just me.
I’ve been hearing things lately. Sounds like rubber stretching. Sometimes I wake up and I swear someone just stepped out of the room before I opened my eyes.
This morning, my nose was bleeding.

I used to get those too. Never saw who left them. Moved last year. Doesn’t help.
